We're a growing team on the look out for the best talent to provide our clients with a range of services to help them scale. We're small but scaling, and are looking for people eager to play a role in growing a new business and who want to work with the very best Founders and tech companies.
We need a Senior Account Executive or experienced Account Executive ready to advance their career. You'll play a key part in supporting our two Account Managers, and will oversee junior team members. You need to have an interest or experience in everything from PropTech to InsurTech, and FinTech to Investment, and show a real knowledge of the UK media landscape. We need creativity, energy, and a problem solver. You should be starting to think more strategically about media relations and be able to take the lead on projects and sell-ins.
Salary Range: £24-28K Per Annum + Annual Bonus

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Overseeing junior team in all reporting for client management and campaigns
Meeting deadlines set by your line manager
Referring to activity schedules on a regular basis and flagging to line manager if you are over/under planned hours
Keeping accurate weekly time sheets
Media Relations and Social Media
Have a solid understanding of the UK/International media scene and regularly meet with relevant journalists to build relationships
Contribute to media strategy, making suggestions on how to improve stories/angles
Creating and managing media lists, keeping them up to date with new contacts and customising for specific sell-ins
Delivering competent sell-ins of media stories to generate coverage for clients
Ensuring timely response to proactive and reactive PR requests - including flagging Response Source opportunities, #JournoRequest, forward features, and possible reactions to the news.
Develop a solid understanding of different social media channels, their uses and application
PR Content Development
Drafting PR materials such as press releases, comments, biographies, company backgrounders, features etc.
Delivering documents for proofing to your Account Manager by the agreed deadline
Drafting social media copy
Develop and sustain relationship with clients
Provide status updates in client and team meetings
Implement daily telephone and written communication with clients
Deep understanding of clients’ businesses, being able to talk eloquently about their sector
Display creativity in opportunities for clients, sell-in hooks and collaboration with third parties
Event management, taking ownership of appointed tasks.
